Chateau de Sceaux
It's was a rare moment of spectacular weather in Paris, a day for adventure to Parc de Sceaux a grand country house with epic garden grounds, not far from Paris. Originally the chateau built by Jean-Baptiste Colbert the minister of finance....before the French Revolution of course, I mean the minister of finance... let them eat cake. The design evokes the style of Louis XIII decadence, apparently some of the original outbuilding remain as well as the layout of the garden. Which is breathe taking specially in autumn all the colors.
Can't wait to visit again to witness all the seasons.
